Hi,
Well recently at my school we had a challenge to make and decorate 6 cupcakes in 2 hours withour partner. My partner was one of my closest friends and, luckily, she is good at baking and even better at decorating.
So apart from the awesomeness of a whole day of dt we also had 2 weekends together to plan/messaroung at her house.
We eventually came up with a Scottish theme for our cupcakes. 4 would be nessie(1 for the head, 2 for the body and 1 for the tail) and the other 2 were a Unicorn and a redlion(Scotlands national animals)
Well the baking went well and it all was awesome and decorative and we entered the competition and in our group we had 2 classes and we got through to the final for our amazing design and flavour. We're in the final. Yay. Theres going to be 11 other cupcakes in the final but who cares cause we made it to the final.
We were so happy. Just letting you guys know because really that was an amzing way to end this half term.
